Native NZ’s Manuka is a dark cream to dark brown honey. It has a strong woody, earthy flavour with herbaceous notes. Manuka is a unique evergreen tree, native to New Zealand. Its intensely scented flowers bloom in summer & bees absolutely love them. The activity level in this honey of XX is tested by a validated laboratory for the levels of naturally occurring peroxide activity.
